Ingredients:

Aloe Vera - As far back as Egyptian times, Aloe vera has been used to treat wounds, burns and minor skin conditions. Explorers like Christopher Columbus spread it throughout the world, taking it with him as a ‘universal panacea’ to treat his sailors’ wounds and skin irritations. Today it is a common ingredient in in many skin care products, particularly for sunburn, minor cuts and skin irritations.

Arnica - rnica is well known for its soothing properties and is widely used to support muscle and joint strains, bruises and injuries.

Ashwagandha (Also known as Withania somnifera) - Traditionally used to support the nervous system, especially to manage stress, sleep, cortisol balance and overall nervous system health. It is considered an adaptogen, meaning it promotes balance in many different systems of the body. This multi-purpose herb has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for more than 4,000 years.

Barberry (Also known as Berberis aristata) - Berberine is a powerful plant alkaloid extracted from Barberry root, used traditionally in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. Modern science has confirmed its ability to support healthy blood glucose metabolism by enhancing insulin sensitivity and regulating glucose production in the liver. It also promotes metabolic efficiency and helps manage cholesterol and triglyceride levels, making it a standout compound for blood sugar and cardiometabolic health.
