Bag is nice good quality unfortunately the shoulder bag clasp on the one side has seized can't get it opened so not happy with that, I did not bother to contact Body & Soul as I have sent 2 emails in regards to my order and no one has responded ! I ordered this as the ship is in New Zealand and I thought shipping would be quicker getting to Australia as they told me they had the bag in stock however once purchased the handbag was shipped from China which I could have bought else where and got the same bag cheaper if they had told me that good communication before i ordered disappointed once purchase made and no response from them !!! Not sure I will buy again

What a gorgeous bib! Bought for a present for a 1 year old and couldn’t be more happy, beautiful clear design, soft fabric and didn’t take long to arrive at all, would happily reorder if I need another one in future.
