Single Estate Shirl + Moss Dark Chocolate Bar (70%) - 80g

A beautiful and intricate dark chocolate made with organic Trinitario cacao from Fazenda Camboa farm in Brazil. The beans are given a cool, light roast to preserve the delicate flavour notes of honey, grape and walnut.

We love the depth of flavour in this bar. The epitome of dark chocolate. It’s our favourite.

The cacao inside this chocolate is the Trinitario varietal. We settled on a cooler roast profile to capture notes of honey, grape and toasted walnut.

We hand sort, roast, crack, winnow and stone grind for up to 80 hours before ageing our chocolate. We then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in our little factory.

Ingredients: Organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cacao butter.
